Brian was amazing, dedicated and he really worked with me during a very difficult sale. The difficulty was due to it being my parent's home when my father couldn't be involved. Brian went and met my Dad to make him comfortable with him as the realtor (despite my Dad not being involved in the decision). Most critically, he stayed in close touch with me during the process and did thinks that made it easier for me, since I was located a bit of distance away. We had some challenging buyers and Brian went to bat for them/me to make the sale work, when he could have easily move on to the next buyer. This extra effort resulted in a higher buying price for the home (but the increase in commissions earned would not have made up for the considerable extra time he spent). I trusted him and I felt that he had my best interests at the heart of his advice, while letting me make the final decision with the necessary information. I would recommend him highly.
